How brand mail works, and what is coming

Nothing about your email changes. Brands keep writing to the address they have. A filter sends a copy here; the original stays in your inbox. No password ever leaves your email provider.

Replies go out from here, in your name, from . The brand’s answer lands here and in your regular inbox. Prefer to send from your own inbox? Every reply has Copy, I’ll send it myself.
