The four, said straight

Usage. How long they can post, cut and run your content. Six months is normal. A year or "in perpetuity" is a separate fee.
Exclusivity. The months you cannot work with a competitor. Every month is real money you are giving up.
Whitelisting. They run your post as their ad from their account. It is worth more than the post. Charge for it.
The number. Their first number is not their last. Send yours.
